Mega Investment Projekt Northvolt

The challenges ahead for a Mega Investment Project such as Northvolt:

A. ORGANISATION OF TRANSPARENT COOPERATION ACTIVITIES

+ Continuous political support in the region

+ Need for general acceptance ( private sector and society)

B. PROJECTMANAGMENT ACTIVITIES

+ Complex coordination efforts between all stakeholders in the region (organization of technical workshops, exchange of expertise via a cloud to keep everyone at the same level, progress reports etc.)

+ Technical support of public officers and objective advice for decision-makers

+ Clarification of (positive and negative) impacts of decisions for the planning communities, for the neighboring communities and for the region

+ Promotional propaganda of the project versus critical and transparent communication including advocacy groups.
